A recent addition to our range of filters and strainers is the Magnetic Particle Filter.  Initially developed for use in the chocolate industry this powerful rare earth magnetic delivers up to 12,000 Gauss.  This has proved capable of removing ferrous metals, rust and even stainless steel particles from many liquid process lines including chocolate, preserves, soups and sauces.  The system can be used in a variety of food applications and the filter can be manufactured in several designs to suit your requirements.  The housings can be manufactured with heated water jacketed for viscous products such as chocolate, preserves and thick sauces.
