Static Sprayballs are supplied in two deigns, namely thin walled and thick walled.
Thick walled sprayballs generally produce jets of spray which are better suited for removing heavy deposits of viscous materials. By contrast, thin walled sprayballs distribute an atomised cloud of cleaning fluid that rinses the inside of the vessel leaving fewer shadow areas.
Thin walled sprayballs are generally available from stock and are supplied with spring clip connections, BSP and NPT threaded connections.
Exotic materials such as Hastelloy® C are offered together with 304 and 316L stainless steel.
A range of spray patterns is offered to minimise shadow areas and we also offer a target drilling service of the balls to ensure concentration of spray to an area requiring additional cleaning fluid.
