Alchem offer a comprehensive range of hygienic and industrial ball valves with screwed, flanged and welding connections. The valves are offered with 2-way and 3-way port options and also with full bore and reduced bore versions on many of the units.
The standard valves are offered with a manual handle and ISO Pads are available on many valves to facilitate the use of pneumatic and electronic actuators.
Hygienic Ball Valves are available in full bore 3 piece designs and in 2 and 3 way configurations. Hygienic connections including Clamp, RJT and plain weld ends are available from stock with specials on a made to order basis.
2 Way Hygienic Ball Valves:
Offered with a CF8M 316 stainless steel body and ball and CF3M 316L end connections. The valve is full bore with PTFE seals and cavity filled seats.
End Connections.
- Sizes from ½" up to 4".
- Butt-Weld Imperial in sizes from ½" up to 4".
- Clamp BS 4825 Part 3 in sizes from ½" up to 4".
- RJT Male BS4825 Part 5 in sizes from 1" up to 4".
- All butt-weld imperial ball valves can be adapted to suit DIN 11851, IDF / ISS BS4825 Part 4 and SMS end connections .
3 Way Hygienic Ball Valves
Offered with a CF8M 316 stainless steel body and ball and CF3M 316L end connections. The valve has a reduced bore, PTFE seals and cavity filled seats.
The ball valve is available with both L and T port construction.
Sizes from ½" up to 4".
