Sample valves are manufactured with 316L SS contact parts and fitted with an FDA approved elastomer membrane.  The valve is offered with an array of connection design options namely hygienic fittings such as Clamp, DIN 11851 and SMS Hygienic Fittings and also Close Coupled Pipeline for orbital welding.

Butt welding alternatives and BSP threaded and bulkhead tank fitting connections are also supplied

The manual valve is supplied as standard with a Delrin handle and stem, however these can be exchanged for Stainless Steel versions if preferred.

Pneumatically operated actuators are available for automatic sampling along with lockable plates for manual valves.

The sample tube is usually sterilised by means of a flame, however a second tube can be supplied to facilitate steam sterilisation.
